The Calgary without Patriarchy: Artists’ Collective will be finishing their concert season with the ‘smatter festival’ at Theatre 1308! Join them on Sunday August 14 at 7pm for a night of new music, featuring: Yolanda Sargeant, Wendy Walker (Walker & The Tribe), Leo Sato and poet-Audrey Lane Cockett. They will also be premiering a composition honouring local community leader and activist-Marion Ashton of SankofaYYC. Proceeds will go to SankofaYYC. Tickets are $5 at the door or online.
