    Lady’s Styling, Techniques and Bar Exercises

    Please attend the workshop with high heels and comfortable cloth. Loose jeans or sweat pants recommended. You will do lots of ballet bar exercises.

    Gentlemen are welcome; they are requested to achieve the same as ladies do!
